Services

Mixiote Incorporated provides commercial kitchen rentals, ghost kitchen services, food business incubation, business consulting, shared kitchen memberships, storage options, and related services for culinary entrepreneurs.

Availability of services, equipment, and facilities may change without notice.

Eligibility

Kitchen users must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Operate a lawful food-related business.
  • Maintain all required licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance required by applicable laws.
  • Follow all health department regulations and food safety requirements.

Mixiote reserves the right to deny or revoke facility access at its sole discretion.

Kitchen Reservations

Kitchen reservations are subject to availability.

Minimum reservation requirements apply based on the selected kitchen package.

Hourly rates begin only after the applicable minimum reservation period has been satisfied.

Reservation times include setup, production, cleaning, and checkout.

Users must vacate their assigned kitchen at the end of their reserved time.

Rental Plans

Monthly rental plans require a signed agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Six-month rental plans require a six-month commitment.
  • Required deposits or advance payments must be paid before occupancy.
  • Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period begins.

Payments

Payment is due before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods are listed during checkout.

Late or declined payments may result in:

  • Reservation cancellation
  • Suspension of membership
  • Loss of kitchen access
  • Collection activity for unpaid balances

Cancellations & Refunds

Reservation fees are generally non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability.

Failure to appear for a scheduled reservation may result in forfeiture of all funds paid.

Facility Rules

All members and guests agree to:

  • Leave the kitchen clean and sanitized.
  • Properly dispose of waste.
  • Return all equipment to its designated location.
  • Report damaged equipment immediately.
  • Use equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.
  • Respect all shared spaces and fellow members.

Additional cleaning fees may be assessed when facilities are left in unacceptable condition.

Storage

Storage space is available only for approved members.

Food must be clearly labeled.

Expired or unlabeled products may be discarded without notice.

Mixiote is not responsible for spoilage caused by power outages, equipment failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Food Storage

Each business remains solely responsible for:

  • Food preparation
  • Ingredient sourcing
  • Labeling
  • Allergen disclosures
  • Product recalls
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Mixiote does not assume responsibility for products produced by independent businesses operating within the facility.

Business Consulting

Consulting services are educational and advisory only.

Mixiote does not guarantee:

  • Business approval
  • Licenses or permits
  • Financing
  • Profitability
  • Sales volume
  • Business success

Business results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

Damage & Liability

Users are financially responsible for damage caused by themselves, their employees, contractors, or guests.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible party.

Robotics & Equipment

Certain kitchen areas utilize automated and robotics-assisted equipment.

Users agree to:

  • Follow all training requirements.
  • Operate equipment only if authorized.
  • Immediately report malfunctions.
  • Not modify, bypass, or misuse any equipment.

Users may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixiote Incorporated shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, facilities, equipment, consulting services, or kitchen rentals.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mixiote Incorporated, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
